Ingredients
- 4 slices of cucumber
- 4 fresh large basil leaves
- 2 parts pineapple juice
- 1 part mezcal
- 2 parts Tropic Mist Exotic Fruits White Zinfandel
- 3-4 slices fresh jalapeno and cucumber ribbons to garnish
Directions
- muddle cucumber slices, basil leaves, and 1 part pineapple juice.
- add 1 more part pineapple juice and mezcal. shake well.
- strain into a glass half filled with ice.
- top with Tropic Mist Exotic Fruits White Zinfandel and stir gently.
- cucumber ribbons, a basil leaf, and jalapeno to garnish.
